Here's another area where feel needs to be reconsiled with reality.
You COULD make the mistake of trying to get the back hip UP by tilting over, sticking your butt out which tilts the hips over so they are not turning "level".
BUT this is the entirely differrent PCR way of using the body.
In the MLB pattern you have the neg move/hip cock and keep the hips turning level which allows them to be controlled and synched with the upepr body/handcontrolled resistance whic then results in the back hip thrust action Richard describes.
TURN HIPS LEVEL. stay upright/SIT. DO NOT bend over and stick your butt out.
Notice PCR advocates never emphasize neg and pos move or hip cock,etc,etc.
That is because these are parts of a different.
Do not mix patterns pattern
