Is your instructor verifying your swing improvements by putting video of you side by side to a pro? Or is he just reading the radar gun.
Video matching is FAR more important than exit ball speed training. Far more important than HitTrax....although I see they are now incorporating video. Side by side to a pro is the ONLY THING that verifies your swing pattern.
Notice the barrel paths of the hitters above and how their path and barrel speed location matches the hitter they are compare to.
If you can't match a pro.....all your exit speed will do is make you a good slow pitch softball player.
