That one-legged clip creates a feeling in the rear hip and leg that is IDENTICAL to the feeling of a high level hitter.
RESISTANCE.
Yes, they don't stand one-legged. Yes, they move out usually. But that one-legged clip.....is a great way to teach a feeling that hitters are looking for. Then they have to learn to find it from within a normal stance.
BTW....your daughter's swing.....IS PITIFUL....if the high level pattern is your goal.
