4 strikeouts in 10 at bats....after working to reduce the strikeouts. Really? Reduce them by lengthening the swing?

They hallucinate about how hard he hits the ball in BP....then....at 7 o'clock he can't catch up.
Why?
Because he was taught nonsense. External Rotation of the humerus lengthens a swing. There is no question about it.
Slow pitch softball is calling.
It won't be long for the instructor.
It is easy to flop the arms around and hit rockets when you know that a 78 mph BP fastball is coming right down the middle.
That a professional athlete would not know better - be able to distinguish the difference between the momentum in the BP swing and the swing quickness required a game time - seems incredible.
