Is your question: Does Miggy coil first and then move out?

No.

Sure he has some actions pre sequence to get ready to start his sequence of coiling-loading-launching timed to pitcher release and ball in flight, but his coiling action is during "move out".

Every wonder why NO ONE....at bbd, dfp, or bbf....have EVER....created a corner?

  You're looking at it. Guys who don't swing to duplicate....and don't go through the process to create a match....and simply guess at what they are seeing....make LARGE mistakes.
  
  LARGE in that.....they are actually quite small actions.....that they miss....that lead to wrong results....that loom LARGE....when they can't match a high level swing. Those details are quite small....yet VERY SIGNIFICANT
