....but will never get there with what she's being taught.

There is a distinct pause between her DECISION to swing and the LAUNCH of the swing. A pause that is caused by a mechanical flaw. Watch her slide forward ever so slightly, after decision but before launch. It happens every swing. It IS her swing. It limits her potential.

When is she going to make that move? Before decision? A good pitchers junk will eat her up....it will force her to lunge. At/after decision? (means that move is INCLUDED with the launch...which means the swing is long) A good pitchers velocity will eat her up.

This flaw is present in all low level swings. The time from decision to contact must be instantaneous....without delay....without another move that must be completed before one can launch. Having to make a second move to launch the barrel is what separates low from high level.

There is only one way to get rid of it.
