I see no pause.....other than like this on the right....

This is great improvement by the young lady. She can find a better corner....but this is a large step forward.
When will you get off the surface?
Why does every unusual little quirky move of a new student blind you? Why can't you feel what is happening underneath?
Instead....she plunges her rear arm and scap forward.
She doesn't know how to circle yet. And no one at dfp has a clue on what to tell her. So she's doing the best she can with the incomplete knowledge she's been given.
Make no mistake about it...while not quite right....there is one-legged SnF in that swing.
What she changed so far.....is excellent.
Seeing movement will not tell you that.
Feeling what is going on will.
Movement is simply slack removal.
SnF loading happens after all movement stops....yet the muscles continue to work against the antagonist.

Then they part ways.
She plunges down with her rear arm and scap.
Pujols circles with his.
She's down to and through.
Pujols is down to but up through.
The difference is the scap. Holding it. Allowing it to circle as you pivot in the rear hip socket.
She gets a bit of a one-legged rear hip pivot....for naught. Because the scap isn't used properly.
