Besides the fact that there are mulitple interpretations and ways to drive your rear hip to the pitcher....NONE OF THEM ARE EVEN CLOSE....to describing the proper action.

HOW....can you drive 'the rear hip' to the pitcher...when the rear hip's function is to provide rear side resistance by constantly and continuously coiling rearward?

HOW....can a forward driven hip provide rear side resistance?
