First he (and they) declared 'shift then swing'.
Now he reduces that to 'slam into the front leg'.
How about reviewing the video properly from the get go.
All you had to see....and it was quite obvious at the get go....was the deep whoosh.
The deep whoosh PROVES that she doesn't shift then swing.
Yet....he wants SnF also.
Um....hip turn....the degree....BEFORE contact....is simply a matter of THE LEG turning the hip/leg assembly...to the ball.
