You hear the phrase 'forward by coil' often.
You see the posts explaining what they think it is.

BUT YOU NEVER SEE ANY OF THEM DEMONSTRATE IT WITH A VIDEO THAT MATCHES THE PROS.



Why?

Because they all 'work' their hips.

When you learn the muscles that coil the hips are doing NOTHING....you'll duplicate it.

Wrong muscles give a wrong result.

When you can't see below the surface you fail.

What's even funnier....is the belief in 'late coil'.
