Attacking Oppo Attacking Oppo Segments
The hitter needs to 'find' the Stretch N Fire feeling in his normal stance and setup. Attacking Oppo, which is simply attacking each pitch toward the opposite field, so you can use 'the corner' to stretch around, and adjusting the swing's direction by allowing the rear leg to 'turn' you in the direction of the ball, if needed, helps the hitter find this feeling.
The steps which lead to it are demonstrated in the second clip above. Of course, these are segmented steps, shown in this manner so you can see them easier. When done with the good rhythm of a good swing, they overlap each other, and are not as easily seen.
