The "Two Plane Swing"

Bonds swings in two planes. Notice the direction of the barrel before the pause. And then the direction of the barrel after the pause. A key to this swing is the swivel of the hands. The barrel continues in an arc as it goes from the first plane to the second, as compared to being thrusted forward by the hands.
